SEIKO alleges that a ransomware leaked client data

Seiko, a Japanese watchmaker, said that it was the target of a Black Cat ransomware assault earlier this year and issued a warning that the incident resulted in a data breach that exposed private partner, employee, and customer information.

Seiko looked into the hack and found every thing the ransomware group had disclosed.

According to the business, the following details were disclosed:

Customer data belonging to SWC (Seiko Watch Corporation), such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and/or email addresses.
Counterparties with whom SGC, SWC, and/or SII have conducted business should provide their contact details, which should include name, job title, firm affiliation, address, phone number, and/or email address.
Details provided by job candidates to SGC and/or SWC, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and/or educational background information.
Names and/or email addresses of SGC and its group businesses’ personnel, both present and past.
